1. Eligibility

  • Our services are available to all ages above 15.

  • For B2B accounts, you confirm you are authorized to act on behalf of your company.

  • You may need to create an account to access certain features.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and may be subject to VAT.

  • Payment terms for B2B clients may include credit periods (30–90 days) as agreed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Deliveries within the UAE are handled by our logistics partners or in-house fleet.

  • For exports (e.g., Oman, GCC), Incoterms such as CIF or FOB may apply.

  • Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or force majeure.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Food products are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Any disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our websites for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Disrupt or interfere with site functionality or security.

  • Copy, resell, or misuse content, trademarks, or intellectual property.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our websites (logos, product images, designs, texts) is owned by GGFT or its licensors.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • GGFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability related to any claim is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
